Business Development Manager – Germany

We’re excited to announce that CattleEye is expanding into Northern and Eastern Germany, marking a major step in our journey to improve dairy cow welfare and farm profitability using the power of AI.

As we prepare to launch in one of Europe’s most progressive dairy markets, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead commercial rollout in the region. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth agri-tech business backed by GEA, one of the world’s largest food and process systems providers.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for introducing and scaling CattleEye’s AI-powered lameness detection platform across Germany, working closely with GEA’s dealer network and dairy customers. From partner training and pricing strategy to customer engagement and field support, you’ll help drive adoption of technology that transforms herd health and business performance.

Location: Field-based, ideally in Eastern Germany
